Production lines
AFL MOTORS operates 12 modern production lines dedicated to the manufacture of industrial fans. These lines are equipped with advanced automation and robotic systems, ensuring high precision, consistent quality, and production efficiency. Laboratory tests
Our laboratory facilities include three wind tunnels for measuring air efficiency, an anechoic chamber for acoustic tests, a climatic chamber for temperature tests, and specialist equipment for EMC measurements. This comprehensive equipment allows for precise analyses of technical parameters, vibrations, noise, and resistance to fluctuating environmental conditions. We conduct detailed tests in our modern laboratory in China, as well as in renowned, accredited laboratories across Europe. Thanks to this, we can guarantee compliance with international standards and full operational reliability under various working conditions.

Quality control
Quality control of industrial fans involves various procedures to ensure their reliability and performance. One of the key steps is dynamic balancing of the impeller, which eliminates excessive vibrations and extends the service life of the equipment.
Visual inspection detects mechanical damage, assembly defects, and irregularities in component workmanship. Equally important is monitoring fan operating parameters, including measurements of current consumption, power, and vibration levels.
Deviations from standard values may indicate faults or design issues, so each fan undergoes comprehensive quality testing before approval.
