New B3P Compact fan series – more possibilities, same reliability

AFL Motors Europe has expanded the B3P Compact fan family – compact, efficient and ready for demanding industrial applications. The series has been designed for high efficiency in limited installation space

What’s new?

The B3P Compact series now comprises three models, each optimised for varying airflow ranges and installation requirements:

Each model is built based on an energy-saving, high-efficiency EC motor in 3 sizes. High-class NMB ball bearings with double-sided sealing ensure long-term and reliable operation up to 40,000 h.

Compact design, versatile application

Despite its small dimensions, each model offers stable and reliable operation even in demanding conditions. Their modular design facilitates integration in new and existing projects. The main advantages include:

Low noise level

The integrated plastic mounting console with double inlet ring increases the fan’s operational culture, even when the fan is mounted in “tight” device chambers. The console improves the airflow balance, minimises turbulence, and reduces noise during fan operation.

Easy assembly

The main mounting plate is slightly larger than the overall dimensions of the fan, allowing for easy installation of the fan in the device from both the suction and blowing sides.

Quick assembly of pressure measurement connectors

The base of the mounting plate has prepared holes for mounting pressure connectors. This significantly speeds up assembly and measurement precision, as the nozzles will always be mounted in the same place.
