Backward curved centrifugal fans
Advantages
We recommend using radial fans for projects that require high efficiency with high resistance in the installation.
EC motors :
The future of ecology
Centrifugal fans can be equipped with various types of motors, including AC, EC, and DC, allowing them to adapt to different power supplies. The EC motor stands out as the most economical and efficient option among these. This electronically commutated brushless motor (EC) offers excellent performance, high efficiency, and easy regulation, leading to significant long-term savings.
The EC motor is recognized for its dependable, quiet performance and complies with contemporary ecological standards. Centrifugal fans with backward curved blades paired with EC motors are ideal for applications requiring high airflow and high static pressure.
Technology
-
Backward curved blandes- plug fan
Centrifugal fans blow air outward from the impeller, perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the motor. In opposite to forward curved impellers, backward curved impellers have fewer, longer blades. The blades rotate in the opposite direction to their movement.
Backward curved impellers require higher rotational speeds than forward curved impellers. They generate pressure in a way that makes them more efficient. This design also makes them less likely to overload the motor.
Application
- Air handling units
- Heat recovery units
- Air purifiers
- Roof fans
- Ventilation of industrial facilities
Radial fans provide strong airflow and static pressure. Their compact design makes them easy to use in many applications. These fans are especially good at overcoming resistance in ventilation units, air purifiers, heat recovery systems, air conditioning, and industrial ventilation.
