AFL MOTORS EUROPE

We are the European Sales and Project Support Office of AFL MOTORS, officially established in 2021. Our mission is to facilitate connections between one of the largest suppliers of fans in the world and European manufacturers looking for energy-efficient industrial fans. We assist at every stage of the purchasing process, from selecting the most suitable fan to providing samples and managing the transportation of your order to your warehouse.

About us

Offer

Our product line includes axial, radial, and single-inlet and double-inlet forward centrifugal fans. We pair each type of fan with suitable AC, DC, and energy-efficient EC motors. Fans that offer high compression are ideal for heat recovery units and ventilation units, while smaller, compact units are suitable for filtration devices and hoods. Axial fans are primarily utilized in chillers, blowing devices, heat pumps, and dry coolers.

Technical support

AFL Motors Europe is proud of its significant investments in technology development and the expansion of its R&D department. However, our reliable technical support and swift delivery services have mainly contributed to the rapid growth of our European customer base. Our office and logistics warehouse, equipped with fans available for immediate shipment, are in Poland.

Certificates

We focus on delivering high-quality products to guarantee their durability and reliable performance over time. Our products are designed to meet the highest quality and safety standards, with a commitment to environmental sustainability. Our fans comply with European Union directives and hold prestigious certifications that confirm their quality and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ErP, RoHS, and CE.

Global Manufacturer
of Industrial Fans

AFL MOTORS takes pride in its significant production capacity, consistently delivering nearly all orders on time. The factory is equipped with modern assembly lines and advanced quality testing facilities, establishing it as a leader in the manufacturing of industrial fans.

The history of AFL MOTORS began in 2014 in Hangzhou, China.
In 2015, we produced the world’s first brushless motor.
In 2020, we opened a new headquarters in Haining.

Airflow testing tunnels

The tunnels enable precise determination of fan characteristics. They were constructed and measured according to existing standards in collaboration with engineers from Shanghai University.

Our laboratory houses three such tunnels, which we utilize to assess operating parameters based on the device’s size. All the fans we offer are tested ensuring that we provide reliable data.

Acoustic chamber

An acoustic chamber measures the sound pressure and power of the devices being tested. Thanks to the high acoustic insulation of its walls and materials, it is designed to minimize acoustic background noise, reflections from walls, and outside noise.

In this facility, we conduct detailed acoustic analyses of the rotors and engines we design.

The R&D department tests hundreds of solutions to achieve the optimal fan design, ensuring low noise levels and high energy efficiency.

Climatic chambers

Research on the durability of fans under extreme conditions is conducted in a climatic chamber, which includes low and high temperatures as well as varying levels of air humidity.

Experimental testing of materials and components, along with ageing and long-term stability assessments, is also performed here. These rigorous tests ensure that our fans will operate reliably and last for an extended period.

Electromagnetic compatibility

This is the ability of a device to function correctly in an electromagnetic environment without causing excessive electromagnetic interference with other devices operating in this environment. It also refers to resistance against interference emitted from external sources.

Our laboratory conducts fan tests according to EU Directive 2014/30/EU and harmonized standards. We design fans to comply with all requirements, thereby eliminating errors and risks that could arise during device interference. Therefore, we guarantee the reliable operation of our fans in an electromagnetic environment.
